Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the consulting services and digital resources provided by Chamath Viranga, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

1. Scope of Services

I provide enterprise-grade software engineering, technical SEO auditing, and cyber security consulting. All services are executed based on mutual agreement and signed statements of work (SOW) prior to execution.

2. Authorized Access and Auditing

For any security penetration tests or technical SEO audits requested via this platform, you explicitly represent and warrant that you are the owner, or an authorized representative of the owner, of the target domain/infrastructure. Unauthorized scanning or probing of third-party domains is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly transferred in a separate consulting agreement, all proprietary methodologies, custom scripts, reporting structures, and architectural designs provided during consulting engagements remain the intellectual property of Chamath Viranga.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

While every effort is made to provide elite, error-free engineering and auditing, all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including data loss or downtime, arising from the implementation of provided architectures or audits.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when initiating a project request. You are responsible for ensuring that the implementation of any technical SEO or security recommendations complies with your local laws and enterprise regulations.

6. Termination of Engagement

I reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any entity if a project violates ethical engineering standards, involves malicious intent, or breaches these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international business law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
